Shipping/Exchange Policy


Order processing takes around 1-2 days. After the order is processed shipping usually takes 1-5 days to reach the destination. International shipping can be subject to a slightly longer shipping time depending on the Country. Once the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your new garments from The Get Fresh Company.

***Please note that if your item is a pre-order the same processes occurs but starting on the release date of the item.

***Also note that If you have placed your order after 5pm on Friday parcel services do not run on weekends. We use Canada Post. 




Get Fresh Company will gladly exchange an item for store credit or another item from the same brand. Exchanges can be granted within 14 days from the order’s delivery date. Notice must be given to regarding any exchanges, stating the order number and reason for exchange Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.


Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and the hang tags must not have been removed. Please return items in their original packaging, including any plastic wrap. Footwear should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.


GFC offers one free exchange using the return label found in your package. We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in the post.


Once the return has been approved and received, you will be emailed.


Returns attempted after 14 days will not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline an exchange request if the merchandise does not meet our standards. Returns for merchandise showing any sign of use (worn, damaged, stained or missing its hang tag) will not be processed.



All sales of gift cards, underwear, socks, hats, accessories, and books are final. Final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

We do not offer price adjustments for items purchased at regular price before the start of a sale
